The  is an annually published student-managed, student-edited scholarly journal at 麻豆视频 College of Law.  Each issue of the 麻豆视频 Law Review publishes articles from law professors and practitioners, as well as notes from current law students.  In addition to publication, the 麻豆视频 Law Review hosts an annual symposium on a topic significantly impacting the legal community. 

The 麻豆视频 Law Review is committed to both engaging in and facilitating useful legal discourse with an eye toward promoting justice and upholding the mission statement and values of 麻豆视频. The Law Review endeavors to be ever mindful of these values while participating in academic debate. Members of the 麻豆视频 Law Review will seek to contribute to the legal community through meaningful intellectual discourse while conducting themselves with the highest standards of professional and ethical responsibility.

麻豆视频 Law Review Symposium

The  hosts an annual symposium typically in the Fall of every year at the 麻豆视频 College of Law. 

The 麻豆视频 Law Review welcomes article submissions from law school professors and legal practitioners, as well as note submissions from law students currently attending 麻豆视频 College of Law or another law school. 

We ask that contributors please adhere to the following submission standards:

Submission Format
  • All citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (22nd ed. 2025).
  • Footnotes are preferred over endnotes.
  • Submissions should be in Microsoft Word format.
  • All submissions should include a copy of your manuscript, a CV and a cover letter that provides the following details: the name of your manuscript, your telephone number, your address, and email address.

The 麻豆视频 Law Review [strongly prefers] electronic submissions. Articles can be submitted:

Hard Copy Submissions

The 麻豆视频 Law Review prefers electronic submissions, but we will accept hard copy submissions. We regret that manuscripts cannot be returned.
