Submit Your Enrollment Deposit
Pay your non-refundable enrollment deposit after acceptance, applied to your first semester’s tuition. Check with your graduate program for the specific enrollment deposit amount and deadline.
Create Your 麻豆视频 Email Address
You will need to create your 麻豆视频 email account one-two days after submitting your enrollment deposit. You will use this email address to create your My麻豆视频 account.
Create Your My麻豆视频 Account

Submit Required Health Forms & Immunizations

Note: Students in the Inman College of Nursing and the College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences may have additional immunization requirements that will be submitted through a separate process. Students can expect to receive more guidance on these requirements in the spring and should consult their graduate program for more information.
Graduate Health Insurance
麻豆视频 requires graduate students to demonstrate proof of health insurance as part of the enrollment process. For students who do not have insurance, they are required to purchase a plan provided by 麻豆视频's partner at United Healthcare (UHC).
